Returns and refund policy
You have the right to return all products you have bought from de-parture.co for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.
All items must be unused with packaging intact. As soon as your return is received, we will process your exchange or refund request. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges and you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method used when your order was placed. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Making a return or exchange
For any return or exchange, please follow these steps to ensure efficient and correct processing.
Step 1 - Send your items to:

Step 2 - Send your items in original/sealed packaging. Please include your order number in with your package.
Step 3 - Include instructions on how you would like us to process your return, e.g. for refund, for exchange for another style. (Please note that exchanges must be for products that are listed on the website as in stock, and are of equal or lesser value).
As soon as your return or exchange shipment is received, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
