Our Referral Program seeks to broaden the de-parture community through a network of Affiliates who are passionate about our products and ethos. Affiliates have the opportunity to gain commission and rewards for their referral of de-parture products to family, friends and followers. We would love for you to join our community of de-parture Affiliates!
The de-parture Referral Program allows de-parture Affiliates to earn commission on every purchase made through a Referred Customer. Our program has no limit on earnings and ensures you continue to receive commission on each purchase made by a Referred Customer in perpetuity. By participating in the de-parture Referral Program, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and de-parture's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Each de-parture Affiliate will be given a designated de-parture Affiliate link to post along with a personalised coupon code. Your personal de-parture Affiliate link and coupon code will allow your friends and followers to make purchases directly through you on https://de-parture.co with an incentivising 10% discount on their first purchase.
You will receive a commission on every purchase made by a “Referred Customer”, who arrives at our website by using your designated link or coupon code. The Referred Customer and the Affiliate cannot be the same person and we will immediately disqualify any suspicious referrals. For you to receive a commission, your referral must complete an order on www.de-parture.co
For every first purchase made through your designated link or coupon code by a Referred Customer, the Affiliate will receive a 10% commission on net sales. For each additional purchase made by the same Referred Customer you will receive a 10% commission on net sales. Exclusions apply to sales that are refunded or cancelled and sales that are made after 60 days of clicking the affiliate link. Once you have established a strong sales record from your Referred Customers, your profile will become eligible for bonus compensation. The bonus amount will be determined at de-parture discretion but will correlate directly to the number of purchases made using your designated de-parture Affiliate link and Coupon Code.
If no purchases are made using your designated link or coupon code during your first 60 days as a de-parture Affiliate, then your account will be deactivated. If the Affiliate wants to reactivate their account, you will have to contact takea@de-parture.co directly. Affiliate accounts that are deactivated are no longer eligible for this program.
Commission payments will be paid out within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, for all sales made in the previous calendar month. Payment will be paid via PayPal (or through other agreed upon methods). DEPARTURE LABEL PTY LTD will make payments on completed sales orders made through de-parture Affiliate links within 60 days of clicking the link.
de-parture reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Affiliate and/or Referred Customer at any time in its sole discretion.
de-parture reserves the right to cancel the de-parture Affiliate Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. However, it will not affect the expiration date of any referral link that has already been provided, nor your entitlement to use any commission that you have already earned in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
